Please Note: Note: This house is set up for work crews primarily but we welcome families or other large group! We have everything you will need but it is a mobile home with a basic set up so doesn't have all the bells and whistles of our normal Airbnbs. You can bring coffee pods if you prefer single serve. -All bedrooms are huge and all but one have a smart TV -3 Full Bathrooms (2 with tub/shower combo and the master with garden tub and separate shower) -Free use of full size washer and dryer -Smart lock on front door with self check-in -Large back yard to park work trailers, etc. Bedrooms: #1- 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed #2- 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed #3- 2 Twin Beds #4- 2 Twin Beds #5- 1 Twin Bed Conveniently located: *5 minutes off the interstate: *18 minutes to Rigby's Entertainment Complex *20 minutes to the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry *5-10 minutes from Restaurants and shopping *17 Minutes to Houston Medical Center *20 minutes to Robins Air Force Base Please Note: -This is a residential subdivision so please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. -No smoking or vaping inside home. -Absolutely No Parties. -Our units are professionally treated with pest control team on a regular basis. However, sometimes bugs sneak in due to our weather conditions. It doesn't happen alot but this is the south and it is impossible to completely keep them out.
